New students are encouraged to contact Mrs Brewer to arrange a trial class,
then come and visit Brewer Dance Academy on a day we agree is suitable.
We currently offer RAD Ballet, Contemporary and Body Conditioning, Senior/vocational level Ballet, and Pointework.
If you are not sure of appropriate levels, please ask! We have our own age guideline for RAD ballet on the current timetable,
and our two mixed-ability contemporary classes are available to all students from 8 upwards.
If we can accommodate you, you will receive the two forms below.
Please feel free to read through them ahead of your trial.

Periodically, BDA will enter students for an examination session ahead of their next grade.
Classes all move up together, and students can chose to do an exam, a class award, or neither.
An example letter is provided below detailing the different choices at Primary level. (For age requirements see the RAD website)
Once the exam dates are confirmed they cannot be changed and you may need to take students out of school. The exam day is typically run at the District Scout HQ.
You should receive a personal letter with details about times, and a more general letter detailing the things you will need to bring with you.
The latter is also provided below.
While all guidelines appropriate to parents will be sent out via email, here we have gathered our current COVID-19 information in an easy to view place.
All documents are subject to revision so please remember the key facts: Stay distanced from other families and students, come underdressed as changing rooms won't be available, wash your hands when you enter our halls and use anti-bac upon leaving, be punctual, respect our one-way systems, and stay patient and alert.
Staff will be doing their best to guide proceedings. If in doubt, wait for instruction. Your co-operation is appreciated in this time.
